Doan gets caught flat footed, as Chavez shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Doan pushes a forearm under Chavez's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Chavez is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
