Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Question Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bret Sane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sane has chosen Domination as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Bret Sane enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Question Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bret Sane! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson closes the distance and clinches. Jackson tries to break the clinch but Sane is controlling the position. Jackson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Sane just stands there and leans against the cage. Jackson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Jackson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sane has him pressed against the cage. Jackson holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Jackson successfully pulls guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Sane trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom. Sane trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sane wanted to stand there but Jackson had control of the position. Jackson keeping moving, preventing Sane from controlling successfully. Sane being controlled here momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Bret Sane wasn't active enough on the ground. Sane connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jackson's hands.
It looks like Question Jackson has been cut. Jackson avoids the head kick by Sane.
Sane moves in looking to clinch but Jackson pushes him off. Sane lets loose with a powerful body kick. Jackson will feel that in the morning. Sane fails in his attempt to clinch. Sane throws a looping overhand right but Jackson ducks down to avoid it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sane. Sane tries to bum rush Jackson with a series of wild strikes but Jackson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Horrible takedown by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Sane which made him look bad. Jackson is breathing heavily. Jackson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Jackson slaps away a takedown attempt from Sane, before circling back to the center of the mat. A combination from Jackson does no damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sane drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sane is looking to take a break and control but Jackson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jackson takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Sane controls the position from side control. Sane fails to land a wild elbow strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sane stands up and we're back to a striking position. Sane slips a jab and a cross from Jackson.
Jackson misses with a double jab.
Jackson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Sane is trying to drag Jackson to the mat but Jackson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Sane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sane shoots in but no luck this time. Question Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bret Sane.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sane shoots in but no luck this time. Jackson instigates a clinch. Sane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Sane is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jackson. Sane moves in looking to clinch but Jackson pushes him off. Jackson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Sane shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jackson throws a right hand that Sane ducks under and follows up with a left that Sane also avoids with ease. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sane lunges at Jackson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jackson's hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Nice straight punches there by Jackson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Jackson. Jackson throws a series of punches but Sane avoids them all with ease. A head kick misses from Sane. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bret Sane dominated that round. The cut man is working on Question Jackson's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Bret Sane seems to be getting the better of the standup. Jackson throws a combination that misses and Sane counters with a slapping leg kick. Sane shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jackson defends it nicely. Sane closes the distance and clinches up with Jackson, looking for a takedown. Sane pushes Jackson against the cage but Jackson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jackson throws a series of punches but Sane avoids them all with ease. Jackson connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Sane is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sane takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jackson tries a head kick but it misses.
Jackson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Jackson swats away the attempt to clinch by Sane. Sane circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Jackson drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Sane follows Jackson to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bret Sane!
