Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wes Ekwall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mustaf Fengap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ekwall kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Linkin Park--One Step Closer. Mustaf Fengap will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fengap stuffs the takedown.
Fengap misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Ekwall shoots and misses
letting Fengap counter with a right hand.
Ekwall tries to clinch up but Fengap circles away and keeps his distance.

Ekwall shoots for a double leg takedown but Fengap sprawls well. He's pushed Ekwall's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ekwall shoots in for a takedown but Fengap shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Fengap counters with a stiff right hand.

Fengap has hold of Ekwall's hands but Ekwall slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Fengap scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Ekwall manages to mount him!

Ekwall is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Fengap can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ekwall cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Fengap is rocked!
Ekwall cracks Fengap with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wes Ekwall!
