Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Diego Guivarra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Franz Greger!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guivarra shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Greger pinned against the cage. Greger gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Greger throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Guivarra's waist but Guivarra gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Greger off to one side.
Guivarra closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Greger throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Greger takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Guivarra tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Greger misses with a takedown attempt - Guivarra sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Greger shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Guivarra as he jumps to the side.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Greger has his foot on Guivarra's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Guivarra works his way back into a safe position though.

Greger looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Guivarra has picked Greger up and slammed him! Greger can't keep hold of the triangle and Guivarra manages to pass to side control!

Greger tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Guivarra presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Guivarra lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Guivarra.

Guivarra has one arm under Greger 's neck. Greger is controlling the other arm well. He's just looking to survive right now. Guivarra manages to get his arm free though and Greger is in a world of trouble! Guivarra sinks in the hooks and squeezes! Greger turns purple and then goes limp. The referee steps in to end the bout!
