Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shawn Kronburger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reijo Rymy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kronburger comes into the arena with Can't back down blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Rymy's choice of entrance music: Killswitch Engage - Holy Diver. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Kronburger misses.
Kronburger staying out of range there.
Rymy throws a hook but Kronburger avoids it easily.
Kronburger loads up on a big right hand but Rymy slips the punch.
Rymy thows a left - swing and a miss!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kronburger.
Rymy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kronburger pinned against the cage. Kronburger gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kronburger fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rymy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Rymy lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kronburger does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rymy is defended easily by Kronburger.

Rymy misses with a takedown attempt - Kronburger sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kronburger feints and then cracks Rymy's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rymy down.

Kronburger cracks Rymy on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Rymy falls backwards against the cage. Kronburger follows up with more strikes that drop Rymy to his knees. Kronburger keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Rymy! This one is all over!
