And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Rod Rico has been cut.
Tonying looks to land a combination. Rico sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Tonying scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rico doesn't seem bothered though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A jab from Tonying misses.
Tonying cracks Rico on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Rico falls backwards against the cage. Tonying follows up with more strikes that drop Rico to his knees. Tonying keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Rico! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). T.G. Tonying!
