Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John The Bomber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wkier Skier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wkier Skier is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John The Bomber! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Wkier Skier! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skier looks for the body kick but The Bomber saw that one coming. The Bomber stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and The Bomber wants it to stay on the feet. The Bomber closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Skier's guard. Skier working a defensive guard here.
The Bomber wants to pass the guard but Skier is keeping the position. Skier is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The Bomber content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The Bomber trying to control the position from guard on top but Skier is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The Bomber really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The Bomber pushes down on Skier's leg and manages to get into half guard. Skier is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The Bomber is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skier is trying to control but The Bomber passes into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The Bomber throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. The Bomber creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Skier sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Skier struggling a bit here. Skier is looking for a sweep. The Bomber will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. The Bomber is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Skier knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The Bomber fails to land a wild elbow strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skier can't do much from the bottom here. The Bomber wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Skier, who protects the arm well. The Bomber swings around for an armbar but Skier sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into The Bomber's guard. The Bomber working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Skier doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Skier manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Skier trying to control the position from guard on top but The Bomber is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Skier drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and The Bomber dives on top into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Bomber has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Skier is proving hard to escape from. Skier wants to sweep but no luck. The Bomber is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Skier looking for a guillotine here but The Bomber defends easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Skier keeping full guard, as The Bomber tries to pass. The Bomber throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Skier works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The Bomber passes easily into side control. Nice work. The Bomber is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Skier will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Skier keeps The Bomber under control for a moment. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The Bomber is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Skier has escaped the position, nice work there. The Bomber tries to move into full mount but can't pass Skier's legs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John The Bomber dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
No luck for Skier with that takedown attempt. The Bomber drives through with a takedown into guard. Skier being controlled here, momentarily. The Bomber won't allow Skier to sweep him here. The Bomber stays in close to Skier's body and controls the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of John The Bomber. The Bomber throws a low kick but Skier avoids it. Skier looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skier throws an overhand right that lands on The Bomber's shoulder, as The Bomber tries to avoid the shot. The Bomber throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Skier's waist but Skier gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing The Bomber off to one side. Skier throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. The Bomber shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Skier decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The Bomber is staying active underneath Skier, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The Bomber looking for submissions from an awkward position here. The Bomber scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Skier manages to mount him!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The Bomber avoids a series of strikes thrown by Skier.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skier has control of The Bomber's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and The Bomber regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The Bomber tries to reverse the position but Skier maintains control. Skier goes for an armbar but he's not got it… The Bomber turns into him and now he's in Skier's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The Bomber loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Skier is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The Bomber trying to control but Skier is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Bomber throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Skier works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The Bomber preventing the sweep. Skier is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The Bomber postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The Bomber looking to pass the guard. John The Bomber overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The Bomber wants to get up but he can't break Skier's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Skier is working an open guard so The Bomber takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Skier throws a right and a left that The Bomber avoids nicely. Skier moves into the clinch successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Bomber is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Skier pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John The Bomber. That's going to take a lot out of him. Skier is pressed up against the cage. The Bomber has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Skier down to the mat. Skier avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Skier fails to land the takedown. Skier fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Skier gets caught napping as The Bomber dives in and scores a takedown. Skier manages to retain guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The Bomber throws a big right hand that misses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The Bomber looking to pass the guard. The Bomber wants to control from the top but Skier keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John The Bomber dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
The Bomber throws a right and a left that both miss. Skier scores with a takedown into The Bomber's guard. Skier working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The Bomber escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Skier gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Skier looking to pass the guard. Skier missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Skier trying to control but The Bomber is working from the bottom. The Bomber working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Skier doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but The Bomber is tightening it up a little... Skier has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Skier reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Skier taps out! Nice BJJ there by The Bomber!
