Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Victor Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johan Perciwall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victor Drago has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johan Perciwall!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perciwall tries to clinch but Drago is having none of it.
Victor Drago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drago scores with a nice strike.
Perciwall misses with a few strikes there.
Perciwall moves in looking to clinch but Drago pushes him off.
Drago tries to clinch but Perciwall moves out of range.

Perciwall gets tackled into the cage by Drago. Drago maintains the clinch.

Drago has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Perciwall regains guard immediately.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Drago trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Drago lands a couple of digs.
Perciwall is looking to stand up but Drago isn't so interested in that idea.
Drago wants to control from the top but Perciwall keeps moving.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Drago is in close to Perciwall's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Perciwall has momentary wrist control but Drago slips an elbow through the middle.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Perciwall can do anything to dispel that myth.
Drago landing with the ground and pound.

Drago postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Perciwall is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Drago, into his guard.

Drago with a couple of shots from the bottom there - nothing Perciwall can't handle though.
Drago will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Drago throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drago manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Perciwall manages to get himself to full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Drago missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Perciwall really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Drago. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Drago passes to side control.
Perciwall is pushing Drago's head away, looking to escape. Drago manages to hold on to the position though.

Drago in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Perciwall looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Drago turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
