Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diego Rosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rosa might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bate Pesadão. Diego Rosa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James throws an off balance right hand
and Rosa counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

James fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Rosa to the ground. James is now in Rosa's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Diego Rosa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David James.

Rosa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but James paws at him with a jab and circles away.

James's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rosa throws a right hand that James ducks under and follows up with a left that James also avoids with ease.
Rosa goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

James is rocked!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Rosa drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks James right on the button. James goes down! Rosa follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Rosa gets the win via TKO!
