Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Spray Norte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jin Kazama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kazama has chosen 12 Stones - Adrenaline as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Spray Norte! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jin Kazama! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kazama misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kazama lands a nice looking body kick. Kazama decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Norte works his way to full guard. Good work. Kazama stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Norte swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kazama gets to his feet - Norte follows without any prompting. Kazama moves into the clinch successfully.
Kazama stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Norte tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kazama smiles and moves away.
Kazama closes the distance and clinches. Kazama breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Norte avoids the head kick by Kazama.
That's one minute gone in the round. Norte with a lazy takedown attempt and Kazama counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Norte is lucky that one didn't land flush. Norte fails with the takedown and Kazama counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kazama. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Spray Norte. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kazama stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Norte lands an elbow inside that Kazama shrugs off. Kazama's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Kazama prevents the takedown attempt.
Norte is breathing heavily. Norte has Kazama pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kazama manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Norte on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Kazama stalling in the clinch.
Kazama wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kazama breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kazama takes a swing at Norte's ribcage but misses. Kazama throws a head kick that misses. Kazama gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kazama manages to pull guard.
Kazama is trying to keep Norte in close.
Kazama wants to sweep here but Norte controlling him for the moment. Norte looking to sit in guard and control but Kazama gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Kazama is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Kazama trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kazama won't allow Norte to sweep him here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Norte manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Kazama can't escape the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kazama is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Kazama prevents Norte from taking his back. Norte with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Kazama tries to lock up and control but Norte gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Norte is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Kazama is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Kazama flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Norte anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Kazama and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Norte slips an arm under Kazama chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Norte has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Norte is squeezing on Kazama like an anaconda would it's prey. Kazama fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Spray Norte!
