Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sam Nut!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Illya Tyunina and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nut tries to close the distance and clinch up but Plissken swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Plissken thows a left - swing and a miss!
Plissken shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Nut defends it nicely.
Nut lands with a kick to the ribs.
Plissken dives in and grabs Nut's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nut pushes down on Plissken's head and hops out.
Nut thumps Plissken with a low kick.

Plissken tries to keep at a distance but Nut has taken the fight into the clinch.
Plissken tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Nut just stands there and leans against the cage.

Nut lands an elbow inside that Plissken shrugs off.


It looks like Sd Plissken has been cut.
Plissken drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nut gets the underhooks and prevents it.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Plissken is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Nut throws a right and a left that Plissken avoids nicely.

Both fighters circling a little - Nut finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Plissken is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Plissken stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Nut.

Nut fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Plissken has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Nut slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Nut tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Plissken manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nut has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Nut using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Plissken has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Nut unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Plissken! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Nut is unloading with more strikes now! Plissken drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
