The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blatt misses the shot to the body.

Blatt has Ratajczyk up against the cage in a clinch.
Ratajczyk takes a shot to the head.
Ratajczyk can't find room to land a body shot as Blatt controls the action.
Blatt blocks a body shot from Ratajczyk.

Ratajczyk swings wildly with an uppercut but Blatt uses good head movement to avoid it.

Blatt has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Ratajczyk regains guard immediately.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Ratajczyk won't allow Blatt to pass to mount.
Blatt is trying to control the action in half guard but Ratajczyk is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blatt wants to work for an arm triangle but Ratajczyk is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ratajczyk knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Blatt on the ground.

Blatt seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Ratajczyk is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
