Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rusty Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Halo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silva was well out of range. Poor timing from Halo.
Halo throws the left hand but Silva avoids the punch easily.

Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Halo which made him look bad.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Halo, as that shot connected.

and Silva counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Halo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Silva.
Rusty Halo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva moves out of range as Halo strikes.

Silva pivots, looking for a leg kick but Halo is out of range and Silva settles back down.
Silva smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Rusty Halo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Silva pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Halo sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silva.

Halo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Silva avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Halo motions for Silva to come forward. Halo throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Silva wants to slow Halo down by chopping away at his legs.
Halo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Silva has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Silva fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Halo manages to avoid it.
Silva tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Halo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Silva throws a hook to the side of Halo's head but Halo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Halo lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Silva can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Halo and Silva drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Halo.
