Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Bass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vince Bartone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bartone has chosen Toto Cotugno - L'italiano as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Bartone.
Bass misses with a hook.
Bass scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bartone doesn't seem bothered though.
Bass avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bartone bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bass's head.

Bass will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Bass has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bartone finds it's way round the side to connect with Bass's head.

Bass lands a really nice looking cross but Bartone seems unphased.
Bass misses with a takedown attempt - Bartone sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Vince Bartone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bartone misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bass.
Bass fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bartone checks it well.
Bartone shoots in for a double leg but Bass sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Bass ducks under a wild hook from Bartone.
Bass scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Bass loads up on a big right hand but Bartone slips the punch.
Bartone takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Bass shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Bass stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bartone swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bartone is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Bass trying to control the position from guard on top but Bartone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bartone is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bass defends well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bass is looking to advance position but Bartone has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

It looks like Teddy Bass has been cut.
Bartone postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Bass badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Bartone around the waist but Bartone pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Bartone is the winner by TKO! Bartone jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
