Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Juan Sandro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Volkan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aaron Volkan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Juan Sandro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aaron Volkan!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sandro is looking to clinch.
Sandro looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Volkan works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
A lazy left from Volkan finds it's target.
Sandro doesn't manage to clinch there - Volkan circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Volkan scores with a jab to the jaw.
Volkan throws a hook but Sandro avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Volkan misses with a hook. Sandro ducked under it nicely.
Volkan throws out a loose jab but Sandro uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sandro moves out of range as Volkan strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Volkan throws a big shot that misses.
Volkan scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Sandro slips under a jab.
The fighters circling - Volkan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Volkan misses with a wild body shot.
Volkan throws a hook but Sandro blocks it.
Volkan listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Volkan misses with a straight right.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sandro slips a jab from Volkan.
Volkan looks to throw the jab but Sandro is out of range.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Sandro fails with an attempt to clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aaron Volkan dominated that round.

The fighters circling - Volkan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A decent looking cross lands there for Volkan.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Volkan thuds his right hand into Sandro's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Volkan throws a lazy right hand but Sandro sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Volkan throws an overhand right that lands on Sandro's shoulder, as Sandro tries to avoid the shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Sandro ducks under a wild hook from Volkan.
Sandro clinches with his opponent.
Sandro is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Volkan pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Volkan is looking to break free of the clinch but Sandro has double underhooks.
Volkan has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Sandro is trying to keep an underhook but Volkan manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Sandro is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sandro looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Volkan wants to get back to his feet.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Sandro manages to get to full guard.
Volkan tries to stand but Sandro is controlling from the bottom.
Volkan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sandro to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Volkan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sandro pulls down on the head and he's put Volkan to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Juan Sandro!
