Gambini shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kay eats them both and turns towards Gambini to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gambini tries to kick Kay off in order to stand up. Kay Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Kay is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gambini knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Kay has hold of Gambini's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Gambini tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kay cranks the arm and Gambini screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Gambini, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
