These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! September keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Tony throws an uppercut from half a mile away. September sees it coming and avoids it easily. September scores with a nice strike. September swats away the attempt to clinch by Tony. Tony drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Tony closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. September dodges the ground and pound from Tony. September can't do much from the bottom here. September parries the strikes from Tony easily there. Tony is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable September to escape.
September being controlled for a moment. Tony trying to control the action but September is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. September is trying to improve his position. September is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Tony tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. September prevents Tony from improving position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tony is looking to take a break and control but September is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tony goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, September rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Tony's guard! Nice work there by September! Tony wants to sweep here but September controlling him for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. September wants to control from the top but Tony keeps moving. Tony bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in September's guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Tony trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. September keeping moving, preventing Tony from controlling successfully. Tony sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed September's guard. Tony throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tony is taking a breather. September says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. September has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tony is working away from the top position though. Tony is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Tony unloading with bombs! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tony is in the full mount, landing strikes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! September takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Tony's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
