The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larusso is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Nice straight punches there by Roosevelt. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Roosevelt.

Larusso shoots in and bounces Roosevelt off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
Larusso looking to sit in guard and control but Roosevelt gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Daniel Larusso has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Roosevelt cracks Larusso with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Roosevelt throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Roosevelt leaves Larusso with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Roosevelt connects with a body shot that sends Larusso's belly button to the back.
Larusso seems to have got his legs back now.
Larusso is breathing heavily.
Roosevelt throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Larusso stumbling backwards into the ropes! Larusso bounces back off the ropes towards Roosevelt, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Roosevelt lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Roosevelt celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
