Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kane Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DJ Chaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kane Lucas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, DJ Chaos! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Lou da Vinci and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Chaos. No joy for Lucas on that attempt. Nice sprawl there from Chaos as Lucas shoots in. Chaos closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Chaos wants to control but Lucas is keeping him busy. Chaos looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Lucas is trying to control Chaos's posture but Chaos avoids it. Lucas is looking to reverse the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chaos working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Chaos trying to control the action but Lucas is working from the bottom. Chaos throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Lucas works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chaos seems to be looking for submissions.
Chaos looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. I looks like Chaos might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Chaos is thwarting Lucas's attempts to control the position. Chaos is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Chaos is trying to control the action in half guard but Lucas is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Chaos is thwarting Lucas's attempts to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Lucas is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Lucas manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Lucas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chaos gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Chaos passes Lucas's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Lucas wants to improve his position but Chaos is controlling well.
Lucas is defending against the submission attempts here by Chaos.
Chaos looks gassed! Lucas is looking to improve his position.

DJ Chaos dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Lucas fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Chaos sprawls well initially but Lucas persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Lucas sitting and controlling from the half guard. Chaos keeping hold of Lucas's head, controlling as best he can. Lucas not doing much here.
Lucas is working for a kimura but Chaos is defending it quite comfortably.
Chaos wants to get back to full guard but Lucas has mounted him! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lucas prevents Chaos from getting the reversal.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poor strikes thrown by Lucas there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lucas thowing shots but they're missing. Chaos is desperately trying to improve his position but Lucas has a good base and remains in mount. Lucas trying to control but he's not successful this time. Chaos bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Lucas pushes Chaos off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Lucas tries for a takedown but Chaos circles away easily and Chaos counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Chaos slows down the pace here.
Chaos turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Chaos manages to end up in side control. Chaos wants to control but Lucas is keeping him busy. You can see the frustration on Lucas's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chaos has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lucas is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Chaos yanks on the arm and Lucas is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Chaos.
