Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Michael Benoit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phillip Ziskie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ziskie tries a head kick but it misses.
Ziskie swinging wildly here.
Benoit lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Benoit lands a slapping body shot.
Ziskie misses with a head kick.
Benoit lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Benoit shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Ziskie eats them both and turns towards Benoit to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Benoit lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Benoit lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Ziskie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ziskie throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ziskie gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Ziskie tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Benoit is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Ziskie buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Ziskie!! Ziskie is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Benoit throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
