Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Fedor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Vadim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fedor comes to the cage accompanied by Hate me now - Nas. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mac Fedor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrei Vadim! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fedor takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Vadim scores with a jab to the jaw. Vadim scores with a crisp jab that stopped Fedor in his tracks. Horrible takedown by Fedor or perhaps it was just good defense by Vadim which made him look bad. Fedor fakes the leg kick and cracks Vadim in the body. Vadim jabs Fedor right on the nose. Fedor blinks but takes it well. Fedor has Vadim up against the cage in a clinch.
Vadim ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Vadim no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Fedor wants to stand and escape but instead Vadim has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Vadim looking to pass the guard. Vadim is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Vadim wanted to stand there but Fedor had control of the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vadim wants to control from the top but Fedor keeps moving. Vadim stays in close to Fedor's body and controls the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fedor wants to stand but Vadim is controlling the position. Vadim not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Vadim wants to stand but Fedor is controlling his posture from full guard. Vadim content to stall in guard here. Vadim won't allow Fedor to get back to his feet. Vadim is looking to stand up but Fedor won't let him. Vadim looks gassed! Fedor is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Vadim is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Vadim looking to pass the guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Fedor darts in and clinches Vadim up against the cage. Fedor lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Fedor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Vadim wants to clinch up but Fedor keeps it at a distance. Nice uppercut there from Fedor. Vadim tries to keep at a distance but Fedor has taken the fight into the clinch. Fedor wants a takedown.
Fedor lands a damaging elbow. Fedor gets through Vadim's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Fedor lands a nice knee to the body. Vadim changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fedor fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Vadim tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. A low kick from Vadim is predictable there and Fedor finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Vadim stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mac Fedor. That's going to take a lot out of him. Vadim bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fedor is trying to buck Vadim off. Vadim stands up and we're back to a striking position. Vadim fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Fedor walks into a left hand. Andrei Vadim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fedor with a lazy takedown attempt and Vadim counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fedor won't be happy with that. Fedor regains half guard. Fedor pushes Vadim off looking to stand but Vadim dives back in and keeps control.
Vadim seems to be working for a kimura but Fedor defends the submission attempt. Fedor wants to get back to full guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Vadim in particular looking to stall.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vadim is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Fedor doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Vadim. Fedor is refusing to be controlled, as Vadim sits in half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fedor looks like he's trying to stand up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Andrei Vadim will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Vadim tries to clinch but fails miserably and Fedor counters with a head kick. That will keep Vadim thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Fedor tries to clinch but Vadim is having none of it. Fedor takes the fight into the clinch. Fedor drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fedor scores with a hook to the body. Vadim tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Fedor manages to break the clinch.
Fedor takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Vadim throws out a powerful jab. Vadim getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Nice cross by Vadim. Vadim scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Vadim should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Vadim wants to clinch and Fedor counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Vadim's guard now. Vadim trying to control the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Fedor slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. This has been an exciting period of action! Vadim tries to escape but Fedor is in control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fedor decides to stand back up. Fedor steps back and let's Vadim get back to his feet. Vadim lands a jab to the nose. Fedor moves into the clinch successfully.
A left hand lands to the body for Fedor.
Fedor stalling.
Fedor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Vadim misses with a takedown attempt and Fedor moves into the clinch. Fedor breaks the clinch.
Vadim takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Vadim might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Vadim, as that shot connected.
Fedor is looking to clinch. Fedor closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Vadim scores with a takedown into Fedor's guard. Fedor had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Vadim is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fedor Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Vadim's back instead. Fedor looking to break Vadim's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Vadim remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Fedor will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vadim is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Fedor is trying to stick to Vadim's back but Vadim is turning into Fedor. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Fedor's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Vadim. Vadim controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Fedor is looking for a triangle but Vadim pushes his legs off easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Vadim wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Fedor shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Vadim managing to control the position. Fedor preventing the sweep. Vadim pushes Fedor off and gets back to his feet.
Vadim lands a glancing blow to the side of Fedor's head. Vadim avoids the head kick by Fedor.
Fedor takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Fedor scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fedor tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. You can see the frustration on Vadim's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vadim is trying to improve his position. Vadim is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Fedor's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Fedor stops Vadim from getting back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Fedor throws a head kick that half lands.
Nice straight punches there by Vadim. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Vadim. Fedor fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A low kick from Vadim is predictable there and Fedor makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mac Fedor dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Vadim lands with a straight right. Fedor didn't see that one coming. Fedor avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Vadim doesn't manage to clinch there - Fedor circles away.
Fedor walks into a left hand. Vadim scores with a takedown into Fedor's guard. Fedor working for submissions but it's allowed Vadim to get to half guard.
Vadim decides to stand and escape the position. Vadim tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Vadim lands the left hand. Vadim tries to clinch but Fedor moves out of range. Fedor closes the distance and clinches. Vadim takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fedor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Horrible takedown by Fedor or perhaps it was just good defense by Vadim which made him look bad. Fedor closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Stalling in the clinch from Fedor.

That's one minute gone in the round. Fedor lands a nice leg kick that just misses Vadim's sensitive parts. Vadim takes a swing at Fedor's ribcage but misses. Fedor has closed the distance and engaged Vadim in a clinch.
Fedor has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Vadim clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Vadim trying to control the hands but Fedor breaks the grip. Vadim prevents Fedor from getting a body triangle. Fedor working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. A lull in the action here.
Vadim tries to roll but Fedor sticks to his back.
Vadim is covering up but some of the strikes from Fedor are getting through and doing damage.
Vadim tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Vadim is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vadim's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Fedor stands up from mount. Strange move. Vadim feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fedor looking for a sweep. Not yet Fedor, not yet. Vadim content to stall in guard here. Vadim trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Fedor has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Vadim is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Fedor. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Vadim happy to just control the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fedor is looking to regain half guard here but Vadim keeps moving and retains side control. Vadim has knee on belly and moves into mount. Fedor is trying to escape the mount.
Vadim controlling from the full mount. Fedor tries to reverse the position but Vadim maintains control. Vadim avoids the attempt from Fedor to control. Vadim wants to take Fedor's back here but Fedor is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fedor can't escape the position.
Fedor tries to buck Vadim off but Vadim takes his back! Fedor is trying to break free.
Vadim controls the action. Can Fedor hold on?! Vadim is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Vadim biding his time, looking for the opening.
Fedor is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Fedor wants to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Andrei Vadim. I think Vadim has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
