Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Takenoshit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fighter comes to the ring accompanied by RENEGADE MASTER. Hugo Takenoshit is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Steve Fighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hugo Takenoshit!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter misses the shot to the body.
Fighter lands a nice shot to the body.
A combination from Takenoshit does no damage.
Steve Fighter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fighter throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Fighter looking to score a takedown here. Takenoshit is defending well but Fighter drives through and ends up in Takenoshit's guard.
Takenoshit is trying to keep Fighter in close.
Fighter engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Takenoshit working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fighter doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fighter manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Takenoshit is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fighter is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Fighter is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Fighter's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Takenoshit has momentary wrist control but Fighter slips an elbow through the middle.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Fighter passes Takenoshit's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Fighter is working for a submission of some sort.

Fighter is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Takenoshit defends it well.
Takenoshit wants to improve his position but Fighter is controlling well.
Takenoshit is trying to stand.

Fighter lands strikes from half guard.
Fighter lands with a punch from half guard.
Takenoshit really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fighter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Takenoshit tries to roll over but Fighter keeps him under control.

Fighter is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Takenoshit sees it coming and defends easily.

Fighter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Takenoshit works his way to full guard. Good work.
Fighter wants to control from the top but Takenoshit keeps moving.

Fighter is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Takenoshit looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Fighter is pushing down on Takenoshit's leg trying to pass to half guard. Takenoshit is fighting to maintain full guard but Fighter has managed to sneak the leg through.
The fighters are battling for position here. Takenoshit manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Takenoshit wants to control but Fighter is keeping busy.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fighter seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Takenoshit does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Fighter throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Takenoshit's head.
Fighter scores with a jab. Takenoshit acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice inside leg kick there by Fighter. That's going to slow Takenoshit down.
Fighter looks to land a combination but Takenoshit avoids it well.

Fighter cracks Takenoshit with a big right hand and Takenoshit goes down!


It looks like Hugo Takenoshit has been cut.
Takenoshit keeping moving, preventing Fighter from controlling successfully.
Fighter won't allow Takenoshit to get back to his feet.
Takenoshit controls Fighter momentarily but Fighter frees himself.

Fighter thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Fighter drops back looking for a leg! Takenoshit is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Takenoshit manages to kick Fighter off! Fighter jumps back into Takenoshit's guard.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Takenoshit is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Fighter gets to his feet. Takenoshit looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Steve Fighter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Takenoshit tries to clinch there but Fighter circles away.
Fighter keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Takenoshit jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Fighter is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Takenoshit can do to turn this around?

Fighter moves out of range as Takenoshit strikes.
Fighter jabs Takenoshit to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Fighter misses with a wild combination.
Fighter moves into range and connects with a jab.

Takenoshit lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Takenoshit avoids a punch combination nicely.
Steve Fighter is winning the standup battle so far.
Takenoshit throws a right and a left that both miss.
Takenoshit is breathing heavily.
Takenoshit tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fighter swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fighter slips a jab and a cross from Takenoshit.
Takenoshit on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Takenoshit throws a lazy right hand but Fighter sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Fighter smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Fighter! Takenoshit is out on his feet! Fighter rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Takenoshit is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Takenoshit is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Fighter!
