The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Grant lands with a nice combination. Benoit backs away looking to recover.
Grant swings for the body but Benoit moves out of range.
Grant on the wrong end of a nice jab.
A punch lands to the side of Benoit 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Grant lands a jab to Benoit's midsection.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Benoit missing with a left hand there. Grant was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Grant misses with a few strikes there.
Grant closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Grant connects with a body shot that sends Benoit's belly button to the back.

Benoit scores with a sloppy right hand. Grant should have avoided that one.
A slow jab from Grant misses its intended target.
Benoit throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Grant fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Benoit looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Grant throws a body punch but Benoit moves out of range.
Grant avoids the head kick by Benoit.
Benoit misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sloppy strikes from Grant. Those never looked like landing.
Benoit is looking to clinch.

Benoit throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Grant just misses with a punch to the body.
Grant's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Benoit connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Grant scrambles back to his feet.
Benoit checks a leg kick nicely.
Benoit takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Grant lands a nice shot to the body.
Grant misses with a looping left.
Benoit lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

and Grant takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Grant uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Benoit.

and Benoit counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Grant is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Benoit rather than just go for the knockout.

Grant misses with a straight right.
Grant fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Grant works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Benoit is rocked!
Benoit bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Grant comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Benoit falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Benoit was out before he hit the floor!
