Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hole's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ryan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hole scrambles back to his feet.
Ryan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Ryan closes the distance and clinches.

Hole pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Some bone on bone action there as Hole checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Hole fails in his attempt to clinch.

Hole has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hole connects with a knee to the head.

Hole breaks from the clinch.
Ryan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hole sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Ryan avoids a kick to the body.

Hole shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ryan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Ryan has a closed guard, preventing Hole from standing up.

Ryan looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Ryan is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hole is aware though and is defending well.
Hole has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ryan is proving hard to escape from.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Ryan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hole can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ryan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hole defends well.

Ryan had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hole defends it easily.

Ryan pushes a forearm under Hole's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hole is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
