The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshall looks to land a combination but Nobuxo avoids it well.
Nobuxo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Marshall.
Marshall misses with a double jab.
Marshall scores with a hook.
It looks like Facada Nobuxo has been cut.
Marshall misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Marshall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nobuxo circles away quickly and effectively.
Nobuxo tries for a takedown but Marshall circles away easily
and Marshall counters with a left and a right that stings Nobuxo.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Marshall wants to stand but Nobuxo is controlling his posture from full guard.

Nobuxo throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Marshall tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Nobuxo is in Marshall's guard.
Marshall might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Nobuxo looks gassed!
Nobuxo wants to control from the top but Marshall keeps moving.
Marshall trying to keep a closed guard but Nobuxo is proving a slippery customer.
Marshall knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nobuxo on the ground.

Marshall manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Marshall shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Marshall showed some decent athleticism there.

Marshall is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nobuxo sees it coming and defends easily.
Nobuxo seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Marshall wants to stand but Nobuxo has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Nobuxo is doing well to control the position and prevent Marshall from advancing to side control.
Marshall is looking for a kimura but Nobuxo is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Marshall to get the leverage.
Nobuxo is trying to maintain the position but Marshall is very close to passing his half guard.

Marshall is pressing down on Nobuxo's thigh, looking to free his foot. Nobuxo is holding on for now.

Nobuxo has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Marshall is working away from the top position though.
Marshall wants to free his trapped foot but Nobuxo is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Marshall tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Nobuxo.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Nobuxo shoots for a takedown but Marshall saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Marshall goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Marshall loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Marshall gets to his feet. Nobuxo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nobuxo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Marshall makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Marshall clinches up against the cage.
Marshall working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Nobuxo is breathing heavily.
Marshall's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Marshall lands a glancing blow to the side of Nobuxo's head.
Marshall throws a combination. Nobuxo tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
That has opened up Facada Nobuxo's cut even more.

Marshall throws a nice looking combination but Nobuxo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Marshall rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nobuxo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Marshall lands a really nice looking cross but Nobuxo seems unphased.
Horrible takedown by Nobuxo or perhaps it was just good defense by Marshall which made him look bad.
Brian Marshall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Facada Nobuxo.
Marshall throws a right and a left that both miss.

Marshall throws a nice looking combination but Nobuxo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
No joy there for Marshall, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Nobuxo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Marshall as he avoids it easily.
Marshall catches Nobuxo with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Nobuxo throws a wild hook but Marshall just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Nobuxo gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Marshall raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brian Marshall!
