1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Williams! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams is looking to chop away at London's legs. London misses the shot to the body. A big left from Williams misses. London misses with a wild body shot. London is trying hard to land a takedown here. Williams sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A head kick misses from London. London with a lazy takedown attempt and Williams counters with a nice uppercut. Williams looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Williams stops London from getting back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round. London is looking for a sweep. Williams is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Williams is thwarting London's attempts to control the position. Williams is looking for a kimura but London is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Williams to get the leverage. London is trying to control but can't.
Williams stalling away here and it's allowed London to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. London manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

London landing shots from mount. London jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Williams manages to avoid the submission attempt. London has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave London dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
The fight stays on the outside here - London looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nice takedown defense from London. No joy for Williams on that attempt. London tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Williams paws at him with a jab and circles away. London is looking to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. London looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Williams is fending him off so far but London persists. Nope, Williams circles away and we're back to standing. London throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Williams's waist but Williams gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing London off to one side. London tries to score a power double leg takedown but Williams sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten London somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dave London. That's going to take a lot out of him. Williams is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams throws a hook to the side of London's head but London sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. No luck with that takedown attempt from London. Dave London is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. London doesn't manage to clinch there - Williams circles away.
London stalks Williams and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Williams's face. Williams staggers backwards, shaken. London tries to clinch up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from London is defended easily by Williams.
That's two minutes gone in the round. London instigates a clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Williams has had enough of the clinch but London keeps him there for the moment. London has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Williams avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Williams wants to break free but London has control.
Williams wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but London has him pressed against the cage. London jumps guard but Williams stands there with London around his waist. London gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Williams's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. London pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Dave London seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. London gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Williams counters with a nice body shot. London tries to clinch but Williams is having none of it. London tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Williams manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. London tries to clinch there but Williams circles away.
London tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. London gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Williams to counter with a crisp jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. London goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. London looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Williams is fending him off so far but London persists. Nope, Williams circles away and we're back to standing. London misses with a takedown attempt - Williams sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. London throws the kick towards the body but Williams avoids it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sloppy strikes from London. Those never looked like landing. Williams swats away the attempt to clinch by London. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave London dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
London pulls out of a head kick attempt.
London tries for a takedown but Williams sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. London lands a jab-cross combination. London darts in trying to clinch and Williams counters with a right hand to the body. Williams displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from London. Dave London is winning the standup battle so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams blocks a leg kick. Both fighters are breathing heavily. London with a poor takedown and Williams counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dave London. That's going to take a lot out of him. London tries for a takedown but Williams circles away easily and Williams cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Nice jab there from Williams. London shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Williams's guard. London tries to free his leg and advance position but Williams is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. London won't allow Williams to sweep him here. London trying to control but Williams is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dave London has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. London will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. London has a takedown stuffed. Williams wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams misses with an uppercut. London will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Williams circles away from the clinch attempt.
London moves in looking to clinch but Williams pushes him off. Williams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. London motions for Williams to come forward. London throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Williams throws a hook but London blocks it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice shot lands for London. London catches Williams with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Williams has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Williams displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from London. Nice takedown defense from Williams. No joy for London on that attempt. London shoots in for a takedown but Williams shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Alexander Williams has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dave London is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. London moves forwards but Williams connects with a nice, crisp jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Dave London showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for London, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
