Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rockstar Randy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Wilkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randy comes to the cage accompanied by High. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Rockstar Randy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Wilkins! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wilkins as he avoids it easily. Wilkins wants to clinch. Wilkins scores with a nice head shot. Randy closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wilkins circles away. Wilkins tries to clinch up. Wilkins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Wilkins drops back looking for a leg! Randy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Randy manages to kick Wilkins off! Wilkins jumps back into Randy's guard. Randy lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Wilkins! Randy lands with some strikes. Randy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Wilkins wants to hold on but Randy pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Randy stands up from mount. Strange move. Randy shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Randy was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Randy tries to control but Wilkins wriggling away. Wilkins wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Wilkins is trying to stand back up. Will Randy go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Wilkins tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilkins wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Wilkins is trying desperately to improve position. Randy scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Randy with the ground and pound from mount. Wilkins is looking to improve his position but Randy isn't that keen on the idea. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilkins looks gassed! Randy lands a big elbow. Randy looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Randy avoids the attempt from Wilkins to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Randy can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wilkins is looking to escape. Wilkins tries to hold on but Randy postures up. Wilkins keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Wilkins stops Randy from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better. Randy tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Wilkins wants to hold on but Randy pushes him away. Randy wants to control the pace but Wilkins is squirming around nicely. Randy cracks Wilkins with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Randy landing shots from mount. Wilkins wants to control but Randy is having none of it. Randy prevents Wilkins from getting the reversal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rockstar Randy dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Randy misses with a takedown and Wilkins counters with a right hand to the body. Wilkins fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Wilkins tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Randy paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wilkins keeps the fight on the outside. Wilkins pushes Randy up against the cage in a clinch. Randy ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Randy no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Randy keeping moving, preventing Wilkins from controlling successfully. Randy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wilkins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Randy has his hands on Wilkins's head, controlling the position. Randy wants to sweep but no luck. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilkins wants to control from the top but Randy keeps moving. Wilkins pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Randy is keeping the position for now. Randy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Randy stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Nice takedown defense from Wilkins. No joy for Randy on that attempt. Wilkins is looking to clinch. Wilkins scores with a one two! Randy had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Wilkins feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Randy's calf.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilkins fails in his attempt to clinch. Randy shoots for a double leg takedown but Wilkins sprawls well. He's pushed Randy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rockstar Randy. That's going to take a lot out of him. A head kick misses from Randy. Randy tries to keep at a distance but Wilkins has taken the fight into the clinch. Randy is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wilkins gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Randy drags the fight down to the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Randy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wilkins can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Randy trying to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilkins looking to sit in guard and control but Randy gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Wilkins working a defensive guard here.

Wilkins keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Wilkins wants to improve his position but Randy is controlling well.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Randy lands a nice short elbow. Wilkins is controlling Randy's trapped leg to prevent Randy from advancing to side control. Randy is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Wilkins controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rockstar Randy dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Randy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wilkins is fending him off so far but Randy persists. Nope, Wilkins circles away and we're back to standing. Wilkins looks to score with a jab to the body but Randy is just out of range. Randy takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Wilkins moves into range and clinches up with Randy. Wilkins on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Randy shoots in but Wilkins avoids the takedown attempt easily. Nice sprawl there from Wilkins as Randy shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rockstar Randy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wilkins tests Randy's chin there with a solid looking shot. Wilkins clinches up with Randy and pushes him back against the cage. Wilkins scores with a hook to the body. Wilkins is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Wilkins is looking to break free of the clinch but Randy has double underhooks. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wilkins with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Wilkins lands a damaging elbow. Randy breaks the clinch.
Randy shoots in looking for a takedown. Wilkins tries to sprawl out of it but Randy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wilkins manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilkins throws a sloppy head kick and Randy moves out of range easily. Wilkins goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Wilkins clinches up against the cage. Wilkins tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Wilkins lands an elbow just above Randy 's eye. Wilkins looking to throw knees to the head but Randy is blocking nicely.
Wilkins escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Randy wants to clinch. Wilkins is looking to clinch. Paul Wilkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wilkins fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Randy, pushing him back against the cage. Randy leaning his opponent against the cage. Wilkins landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Wilkins unloads a knee to the mid-section. Randy lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Randy tries to pull guard but Wilkins won't allow it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Randy wants to control from the top but Wilkins keeps moving. Randy wants to stand but Wilkins has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Randy trying to control but Wilkins is working from the bottom.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Randy looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Wilkins! Randy with good strikes from the mount here! Randy looking for a guillotine from mount but Wilkins is having none of it. Wilkins is trying to escape the mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wilkins is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Randy trying to control but Wilkins is having none of it. Wilkins throwing hammer fists to the chest of Randy. What's that going to do exactly? Paul Wilkins has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Randy trying to control but Wilkins is having none of it. Wilkins tries to hold on but Randy postures up. Wilkins is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Paul Wilkins. I think Randy has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
