Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ass looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Martin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ass drives through with a takedown into guard.
Martin wants to stand up but Ass is controlling him.
Martin is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ass is aware though and is defending well.
Ass content to stall in guard here.
Ass pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Martin is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Martin has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Ass is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Ass circles away from the clinch attempt.
Martin fails with the takedown
and Ass counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Martin is on top in guard.

Martin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ass has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Martin has managed to get both his arms back between Ass's legs - danger averted.
Ass is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Martin defends well.
Ass manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Martin manages to get himself to full guard.

Martin has his foot on Ass's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ass works his way back into a safe position though.
Ass stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Martin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ass pushes down on Martin's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Martin tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Ass stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Martin is breathing heavily.
A good leg kick by Ass.

Ass avoids the body shot from Martin.
Ass lands a nice shot that snaps Martin's head back.
Ass clinches with his opponent.
Ass tries for a takedown. No joy.
Martin tries to pull guard but Ass holds him up against the cage and eventually Martin drops back down to his feet.
Ass gets control of Martin's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ass will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bad Ass overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Ass drops down looking for an ankle pick but Martin pulls his leg out and moves away.

Martin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Martin throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Ass escapes and throws Martin's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Ass is controlling the pace.
Ass lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Ass is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ass blocks the strikes from Martin.
Martin trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Ass scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Ass takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Martin is in a horrible position here. Ass smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Ass has hold of Martin's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Martin manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ass has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Bad Ass showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Ass has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
