Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Foxall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gold Mint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tom Foxall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gold Mint!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mint swinging wildly here.
Mint swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Foxall counters by clinching up.

Foxall ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Foxall no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Mint must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Foxall trying to keep a closed guard but Mint is proving a slippery customer.
Mint looking to sit in guard and control but Foxall gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Foxall distracts Mint with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Mint looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Foxall wants to pass the guard but Mint is keeping the position.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Foxall is defended easily by Mint.

Mint gets caught flat footed, as Foxall shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Foxall stands up and waves to Mint to follow him.
Foxall looks to throw the jab but Mint is out of range.

Foxall bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Foxall is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Foxall dodges the punch combination from Mint.
Foxall shoots for a takedown but Mint saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mint lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Foxall circles away quickly and effectively.
Foxall cracks Mint with a good jab.
Mint throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Foxall drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Mint fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Foxall manages to avoid it.

Foxall looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mint is breathing heavily.
Mint misses with a body shot.
Mint connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Foxall fails with a takedown attempt.

Mint throws a series of punches but Foxall avoids them all with ease.

A looping hook to the body misses from Mint. Foxall does a little dance to reset his feet.
The fighters circling - Mint throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The referee warns Mint that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Foxall connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Foxall lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Foxall scoring with strikes but Mint is staying in there.
Foxall has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mint is in all sorts of trouble here.
Foxall can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mint is looking to escape.

Foxall has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Mint's face.
Foxall lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Mint hang on?

Mint is desperately trying to improve his position but Foxall has a good base and remains in mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Mint is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Mint is looking to improve his position but Foxall isn't that keen on the idea.

Gold Mint seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Foxall fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mint looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Foxall bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mint looks to score with a jab to the body but Foxall is just out of range.
Nice takedown defense from Mint. No joy for Foxall on that attempt.
Foxall connects with an inside leg kick.
Mint misses the shot to the body.
Mint misses with an uppercut

and Foxall counters with a single leg into guard. Mint didn't expect that.
Foxall makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Mint takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Foxall gets to his feet. Mint looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mint will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Foxall has Mint up against the cage in a clinch.

Mint tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Mint tries to break the clinch but Foxall is controlling the position.

Foxall has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mint clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Foxall is punishing Mint with some ground and pound.
Foxall is hanging on to Mint's back as he tries to escape.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Foxall.
Foxall is not going to allow Mint to sit and survive in this position.

Mint has hold of Foxall's leg, trying to break free but it's let Foxall lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Mint is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Foxall throws him to one side and jumps onto the cage to celebrate with his fans.
