Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jaakko Teppo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teppo comes to the cage accompanied by Jaakko Teppo - Hilma ja Onni. John Sagat is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jaakko Teppo! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Sagat! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Teppo scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Teppo throws a leg kick but Sagat sees it coming and checks it nicely. A low kick from Teppo is predictable there and Sagat decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Teppo's guard. Teppo wants to control the position but Sagat says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Teppo wants to improve his position but Sagat is controlling well.
Sagat is keen to just control but Teppo is a slippery customer. Teppo is defending against the submission attempts here by Sagat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sagat wants to pass the guard but Teppo is defending well. Teppo trying to hold on to Sagat's head to control him but Sagat postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sagat seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Teppo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sagat lands a nice short elbow. Sagat slips a nice elbow through Teppo's hands, connecting with Teppo's forehead. Sagat looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Sagat is looking for a kimura but Teppo is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sagat to get the leverage. Sagat is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Teppo sees it coming and defends easily. Teppo is looking for a sweep. Sagat is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Sagat wants to control but Teppo is keeping him busy. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sagat in particular looking to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sagat works his foot free and advances to mount. Sagat wants to control the pace but Teppo is squirming around nicely. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sagat thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Sagat landing shots from mount. Teppo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Sagat lands a big elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Teppo is trying to escape the mount.
Sagat connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Sagat working the ground and pound effectively.
Teppo is rocked! Teppo is trying desperately to improve position. Oh Teppo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Sagat postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Teppo looks a forlorn figure.
Sagat lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Teppo! Sagat sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Teppo and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
