Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brad Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nomi Mae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Freestyler. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mae closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Ryan quickly recovers to half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Nomi Mae hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Mae goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Mae sneaks out the side door and pushes Ryan away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

That was a close round but I would say that Brad Ryan will probably get the nod.

Ryan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mae swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Brad Ryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mae shoots in looking for a takedown. Ryan tries to sprawl out of it but Mae keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ryan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
