Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between D Addarius Tibbets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Bocek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bocek has chosen Song 2 as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, D Addarius Tibbets! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mark Bocek! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Bocek. No joy for Tibbets on that attempt. Bocek chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tibbets can pounce on him.
Tibbets tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bocek paws at him with a jab and circles away. Tibbets tries to clinch up. Bocek tries for a takedown but Tibbets circles away easily and Tibbets counters with a nice double leg into guard. Tibbets pushes down on Bocek's leg and manages to get into half guard. Bocek moves into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bocek had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tibbets is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bocek Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tibbets's back instead. Tibbets fending off the submission attempt from Bocek. You can see the frustration on Tibbets's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bocek tries to get the hooks in deep but Tibbets pushed the leg off. Bocek working for a choke but Tibbets is defending well. Bocek is trying to stick to Tibbets's back but Tibbets is turning into Bocek. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bocek's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Tibbets. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Tibbets tries to free his leg and advance position but Bocek is retaining full guard. Tibbets wants to control from the top but Bocek keeps moving. Bocek bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tibbets's guard. Bocek trying to control the position from guard on top but Tibbets is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bocek looks gassed! Tibbets looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tibbets has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bocek can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bocek stands and throws Tibbets's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tibbets is looking for a sweep. Bocek thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bocek lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Tibbets down.
Bocek tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Bocek advances to mount. Bocek looking to secure an arm triangle but Tibbets defends it well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bocek takes Tibbets's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Tibbets is in trouble.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tibbets looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Bocek scores with punches from the back.

Bocek is working the ground and pound. Can Tibbets escape? Bocek somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Tibbets rolls, trying to escape but Bocek keeps control of the position.
Tibbets defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Bocek's arms. Bocek is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Tibbets manages to reverse the position and now he's in Bocek's guard. Nice work there by Tibbets.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bocek looking for a sweep. Not yet Bocek, not yet. Tibbets slips nicely into half guard. Tibbets is looking to advance position but Bocek won't allow it. Bocek is looking for a sweep. Tibbets is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Tibbets wants to work for an arm triangle but Bocek is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Tibbets missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Tibbets is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Tibbets not landing any meaningful shots this time. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bocek is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Tibbets is just content to waste time from the top position. Bocek takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Tibbets misses with a takedown attempt and Bocek counters with a shoot takedown. Tibbets fights it but they end up in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Bocek dominated that round. That's time! Tibbets's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bocek gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Tibbets counters with a single leg into guard. Bocek didn't expect that. Bocek is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bocek tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bocek keeping moving, preventing Tibbets from controlling successfully. Tibbets in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bocek working for a triangle but Tibbets defends it easily.

Bocek can't keep his opponent in guard - Tibbets advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Tibbets is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bocek is just riding it out for now. Tibbets eventually gives up the hold. Bocek manages to get to full guard.
Bocek is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tibbets tries to free his leg and advance position but Bocek is retaining full guard. Tibbets is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Tibbets stands and throws Bocek's legs to the side, diving into side control. Tibbets lands an elbow. Bocek takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Tibbets lands an elbow. Bocek takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Tibbets could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Bocek is trying to get back to half guard. Tibbets looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tibbets is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bocek is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bocek can't do much from the bottom here. Bocek sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Bocek is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Tibbets pulls his head out easily. Tibbets thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bocek's head. Bocek gets full guard. Bocek looking for a triangle here. Tibbets is fighting it but it looks tight! Bocek pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Tibbets is tapping out - this one is all over!
