Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lito Lapid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thanawat Kanokvichitra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kanokvichitra has chosen Power to Strive as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Lito Lapid has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Lito Lapid seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kanokvichitra pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lapid checks a leg kick.
Lapid fails with a takedown attempt.
Kanokvichitra misses with a head kick.
Kanokvichitra just misses with a punch to the body.
Kanokvichitra misses with the combination.
Lapid slips a jab and a cross from Kanokvichitra.
Kanokvichitra moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Kanokvichitra stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kanokvichitra wants it to stay on the feet.
Lapid drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Kanokvichitra wants to sweep here but Lapid controlling him for the moment.
Lapid won't allow Kanokvichitra to get back to his feet.

Lapid thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Lapid drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kanokvichitra dives on top into guard.

Kanokvichitra tries to free his leg and advance position but Lapid is retaining full guard.
Lapid working for submissions but it's allowed Kanokvichitra to get to half guard.
Lapid looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Lapid looking for subs from the bottom but Kanokvichitra mounts him!
Lapid is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Lapid manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Kanokvichitra wants to take a breather but Lapid is having none of it.
Kanokvichitra is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Lapid has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Kanokvichitra. Oh but Lapid has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Kanokvichitra goes limp - he's gone! Lapid jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
