Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mel Menson!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Menson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Sapp wants to clinch but Menson slips to the side
and Menson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sapp won't be happy with that.
Sapp might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Menson has hold of Sapp's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Sapp tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Menson cranks the arm and Sapp screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Sapp, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
