Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans blocks a head kick by Morgan.
Nice takedown defense from Morgan. No joy for Evans on that attempt.

Evans keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Morgan's head.

Evans is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Evans seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Evans slips a nice elbow through Morgan's hands, connecting with Morgan's forehead.

The referee warns Morgan that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Evans has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Morgan's face.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Evans cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Morgan takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Evans's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rashad Evans!
