Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rapid Fire!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adam Stomper!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stomper moves out of range as Fire throws a body kick.
Adam Stomper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stomper wants to clinch
and Fire counters with a leg kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fire. Stomper shrugs it off though.
Stomper wants to clinch but Fire slips to the side
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Stomper darts in trying to clinch
and Fire counters with a slapping leg kick.
Fire leaves Stomper with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Fire lands a nice looking body kick.
Stomper looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fire pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stomper avoids the head kick by Fire.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stomper with a lazy takedown attempt
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
A slapping body kick lands there for Fire.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Stomper crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Fire - the referee stops the clock and Stomper gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Fire. Stomper manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Fire chopping away at his opponent's legs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Fire - that will leave a mark!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Fire, right into the meat.
A head kick from Fire lands but Stomper takes it in his stride.
It looks like Adam Stomper has been cut.
Stomper takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Fire fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stomper.
Fire throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
An inside leg kick lands from Fire.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Fire - that will leave a mark!
Fire throws a leg kick which misses Stomper's front leg but catches the back leg as Stomper tries to avoid it.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Fire.

Stomper doesn't succeed with the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Rapid Fire has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Stomper.
Fire lands a big head kick that sends Stomper tumbling to the mat! Fire takes a step backwards and waves Stomper back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fire lands a leg kick that knocks Stomper off balance momentarily.
Stomper wants to stay close but Fire steps back to make room for something. Stomper seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Fire and Stomper drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Rapid Fire!
