Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Igor Szalanski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adelwolf Elington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Adelwolf Elington enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Igor Szalanski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adelwolf Elington!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Szalanski slips under a jab from Elington.
Elington is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Szalanski.
Elington will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Szalanski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Elington keeping control of the position.
Elington moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Szalanski is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Elington is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Elington has escaped and now he's on top!

Szalanski is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Szalanski wants to stand and escape but Elington is having none of it.

Elington seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Elington wants to pass the guard but Szalanski is keeping the position.
Szalanski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Elington decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Szalanski misses with a body kick.
Elington dodges the punch combination from Szalanski.
Szalanski scoring well with a low kick there.

Szalanski drives through with a takedown into guard.
Elington is pulling down on Szalanski's head. It's preventing any offense from Szalanski, at least for the moment.
Szalanski wants to control from the top but Elington keeps moving.

Szalanski tries for a takedown but Elington sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Elington slips a jab and a cross from Szalanski.
Szalanski takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Szalanski rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Elington moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Szalanski shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Elington pinned against the cage. Elington gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Szalanski fails with an attempt to clinch.
Elington throws a lazy right hand but Szalanski sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Elington misses with a looping right.

Szalanski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.Elington looking to hit a scissor sweep but Szalanski is one step ahead there.

Elington throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Elington throws a nice looking combination but Szalanski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Elington takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Szalanski fails with a takedown attempt.

Elington throws a lazy uppercut
and Szalanski counters with a nice body shot.
Elington lands a with a good body shot.
Szalanski avoids the body shot from Elington.
Szalanski throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Elington counters with a three punch combo that has Szalanski backing up. Szalanski nods at Elington to acknowledge the strikes.
Elington throws the kick towards the body but Szalanski avoids it.
Szalanski takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Elington pushes Szalanski away with a front kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Elington feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Szalanski's calf.
Elington rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Szalanski to counter with a crisp jab.
Elington throws an overhand right that lands on Szalanski's shoulder, as Szalanski tries to avoid the shot.
Szalanski tries a low kick but Elington avoids it.
Szalanski lands a nice looking kick to the body. Elington takes a step back to recover.
Adelwolf Elington seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Szalanski counters with a shoot takedown. Elington fights it but they end up in guard.
Szalanski wants to stand but Elington is controlling his posture from full guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Elington holds on and takes a little breather.
Igor Szalanski overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Elington throws a hook but Szalanski avoids it easily.

Szalanski wants to clinch up but Elington keeps it at a distance.
Elington wants to slow Szalanski down by chopping away at his legs.
Elington lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Szalanski at a distance.
Adelwolf Elington is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Elington tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Elington is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Szalanski misses with a few strikes there.
Szalanski moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Szalanski throws a right and a left that both miss.

Szalanski looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Elington!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Szalanski looking to control but Elington is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Szalanski cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Szalanski quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Szalanski but it's paid off an Elington is forced to tap! Nice work by Szalanski.
