Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Micheal Biselton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Will Drama! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Biselton keeps the fight on the outside. Drama clinches with his opponent.
Biselton works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Drama preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Biselton is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Drama is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Drama has escaped and now he's on top! Drama slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Biselton is looking for a sweep. Drama wants to lay and pray for a moment but Biselton keeps working. Biselton tries to get back to half guard but can't. Drama wants to control but Biselton is keeping him busy. Drama tries to get to his feet but Biselton is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Drama in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Biselton working for a triangle but Drama defends it easily.
Drama avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Drama looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Drama drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Biselton manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Drama has Biselton in his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Drama striking off his back but it's not causing Biselton any problems. Biselton passes Drama's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Biselton thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Drama's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Biselton works his way into side control. Drama gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Biselton seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Drama is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
