Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hero Hito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daizo Shimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Shimura's choice of entrance music: Two Steps From Hell - Archangel. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hito throws a series of punches but Shimura moves out of range.
Shimura throws a right and a left that Hito avoids nicely.
Shimura shoots in and drives through. Hito sprawls well.
Nice jab there from Hito.
Hito dodges the punch combination from Shimura.
Shimura has managed to clinch.
Hito's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Hito looks to throw the jab but Shimura is out of range.

Hito uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Shimura has time to react.

Hito tries to keep at a distance but Shimura has taken the fight into the clinch.

Shimura closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hito circles away.
Hero Hito has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daizo Shimura.
Hito scores with a sloppy right hand. Shimura should have avoided that one.

Hito looks to land a combination but Shimura avoids it well.
Shimura shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Hito clobbers Shimura with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Daizo Shimura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shimura misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hito is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Hito comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Shimura with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hito to score with a decent uppercut.
Hito connects with a looping right hand.
Shimura takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Shimura walks into a straight right hand from Hito.
Shimura is trying desperately to land a takedown but Hito is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Shimura.
Shimura takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Shimura walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Shimura takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Shimura wants to clinch.
Hito lands with a straight right. Shimura didn't see that one coming.

A looping hook to the body misses from Hito. Shimura does a little dance to reset his feet.
Shimura shoots for a double leg takedown but Hito sprawls well. He's pushed Shimura's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Shimura takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Hito dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hito lands with a hook. Shimura tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hito throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Shimura on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Hito lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Hito takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Shimura is rocked!

Shimura is still on wobbly legs! Can Hito finish him?

Hito lands with a nice combination. Shimura backs away looking to recover.
A punch lands to the side of Shimura 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Hito lands with a big left! Shimura is wobbled badly! Hito comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Shimura to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hero Hito!
