The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rocha really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Martinez throws an overhand right that lands on Rocha's shoulder, as Rocha tries to avoid the shot.

Rocha tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Martinez darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Rocha is trying to stand back up but Martinez is controlling him
Rocha on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rocha tries to get out of the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Martinez seems to be working for a kimura but Rocha defends the submission attempt.
Martinez not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Martinez is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Rocha is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
