Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Allegro Halme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Hum Baby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Allegro Halme! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Hum Baby! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Halme scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
No luck for Hum Baby with that takedown attempt. Halme gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Hum Baby trying to control but Halme is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hum Baby controlling from the top position. Hum Baby drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Halme dives on top into guard. Hum Baby has Halme pulled in close to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hum Baby trying to keep a closed guard but Halme is proving a slippery customer.
Halme knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hum Baby on the ground. Halme wants to control from the top but Hum Baby keeps moving.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Johnny Hum Baby was stalling too much, according to the referee. Halme gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Hum Baby prevents Halme from getting back to his feet. Hum Baby looking to pass the guard. Halme wants to get back to his feet but Hum Baby is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby trying to control but Halme is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hum Baby advances position into side control! Hum Baby wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Halme, who protects the arm well. Hum Baby tries to score with some ground and pound. Halme controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Hum Baby working the strikes but Halme uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Hum Baby is trying to control. Halme wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Hum Baby throwing shots but Halme is blocking nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby controlling the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Johnny Hum Baby was stalling too much, according to the referee. The fighters circle momentarily. Hum Baby darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Hum Baby showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Halme.
No joy there for Hum Baby, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hum Baby has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Halme. Halme takes a jab right on the kisser.
Hum Baby doesn't manage to clinch there - Halme circles away.
Halme throws a nice looking combination but Hum Baby bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Halme fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hum Baby manages to avoid it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hum Baby lunges at Halme with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Halme's hand. Hum Baby misses with a takedown attempt - Halme sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Halme stuffs the takedown attempt from Hum Baby. Hum Baby gets slowly back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Hum Baby dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Hum Baby closes the distance and clinches up with Halme, looking for a takedown. Hum Baby pushes Halme against the cage but Halme circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Halme tries to bum rush Hum Baby with a series of wild strikes but Hum Baby uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hum Baby shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Halme's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Hum Baby controlling from the full mount. Halme blocking the ground and pound. Hum Baby goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Halme turns into him and now he's in Hum Baby's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hum Baby wants to sweep here but Halme controlling him for the moment. Johnny Hum Baby has got the better of the ground game so far. Hum Baby preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Hum Baby wants to sweep but no luck. Halme trying to control the position from guard on top but Hum Baby is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Halme is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hum Baby is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Allegro Halme has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Hum Baby looking to score a takedown here. Halme is defending well but Hum Baby drives through and ends up in Halme's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Hum Baby wants to pass the guard but Halme is keeping the position. Hum Baby is looking to work some ground and pound but Halme has wrist control. Hum Baby looking to pass the guard. Hum Baby decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Halme, up you get!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby wants to clinch up but Halme keeps it at a distance. Hum Baby looks for a takedown but Halme sprawls well. Hum Baby closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Hum Baby wants to free his trapped foot but Halme is holding on for dear life with his legs. Hum Baby with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Hum Baby looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby content to control rather than advance. Hum Baby is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Johnny Hum Baby showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Hum Baby tries to score a power double leg takedown but Halme sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hum Baby somewhat. A combination from Halme does no damage. Halme throws a right hand that Hum Baby ducks under and follows up with a left that Hum Baby also avoids with ease. Hum Baby looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Halme looks to land a right hand but Hum Baby moved out of range. Hum Baby shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Allegro Halme has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Hum Baby. Hum Baby gets the takedown into side control. Halme is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Sloppy strikes there by Hum Baby.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hum Baby lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Hum Baby is looking to take a break and control but Halme is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hum Baby throwing shots but missing, from side control. Hum Baby tries to score with some ground and pound. Halme controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Halme is letting Hum Baby control him for a moment. Hum Baby trying to control the position but Halme is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby swings around for an armbar but Halme sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Hum Baby's guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Hum Baby is controlling Halme's posture. Halme trying to control but Hum Baby is working from the bottom. Halme looking to pass the guard. Hum Baby has his foot on Halme's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Halme works his way back into a safe position though. Halme preventing the sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Halme! Hum Baby landing strikes from the mount and Halme is in trouble! Allegro Halme has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Johnny Hum Baby is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Hum Baby with a couple of short strikes. Hum Baby takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Halme's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hum Baby controlling from the full mount. Halme tries to buck Hum Baby off but he can't manage it. Hum Baby controlling the pace for now. Hum Baby's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Hum Baby comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hum Baby has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
