Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Drwal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hanzo Murasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murasaki has chosen Feuer Frei as his entrance music. Hanzo Murasaki has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Tomasz Drwal's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tomasz Drwal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hanzo Murasaki! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drwal will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Drwal moves to clinch but Murasaki breaks away and Drwal takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Drwal shoots in but no luck this time. Drwal shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Murasaki counters with a right hand to the body. Murasaki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Drwal manages to avoid it. Drwal misses with a takedown and Murasaki counters with a series of strikes. Drwal will be more careful next time no doubt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tomasz Drwal. That's going to take a lot out of him. Murasaki connects with a body shot that sends Drwal's belly button to the back.
That's one minute gone in the round. A slow jab from Murasaki misses its intended target. Drwal moves into range and clinches up with Murasaki. Drwal tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Murasaki's elbow. Drwal keeps control of Murasaki as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Drwal wants a takedown but no success here.
Drwal is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Murasaki wants to break the clinch but can't.

Drwal is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Murasaki pulls him back up using the underhooks. Drwal has picked Murasaki up - he's going for a ride! Drwal dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Murasaki tries to roll over but Drwal keeps him under control. Murasaki is defending against the submission attempts here by Drwal.
Drwal is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Drwal trying to control the action but Murasaki is working from the bottom. Drwal is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Murasaki doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Drwal. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Drwal thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Murasaki's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drwal missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Drwal is trying to control the action in half guard but Murasaki is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Drwal is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Drwal is looking to take a break and control but Murasaki is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Drwal really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We're going to have a standup here because Tomasz Drwal wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Murasaki stuns Drwal with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Murasaki paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Murasaki defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Drwal. Drwal moves in looking to clinch but Murasaki pushes him off. Drwal gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Murasaki counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Murasaki throws a body punch but Drwal moves out of range. Drwal with a lazy takedown attempt and Murasaki counters with a right hand to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tomasz Drwal. That's going to take a lot out of him. Drwal shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Murasaki sprawls well. Murasaki wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Drwal gets slowly back to his feet. Drwal tries for a takedown but Murasaki circles away easily and Murasaki counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Murasaki wants it to stay on the feet. Murasaki scores with a one two! Drwal had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Murasaki connects with the punch. Drwal has his takedown stuffed and Murasaki counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murasaki closes the distance and lands a one-two. Drwal has his takedown stuffed and Murasaki counters with a lovely straight right hand! Tomasz Drwal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Murasaki scores with a jab to the body. Murasaki lands the left hand. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Drwal has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Drwal doesn't succeed with the takedown and Murasaki counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Murasaki lands with a good body shot. Drwal with a poor takedown and Murasaki counters with a three punch combo that has Drwal backing up. Drwal nods at Murasaki to acknowledge the strikes. Drwal takes a jab right on the kisser.
Murasaki connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Murasaki is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Drwal rather than just go for the knockout. Murasaki throws a one two combo.
Tomasz Drwal is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Murasaki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Drwal circles away quickly and effectively. Murasaki fails to land with a series of punches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Drwal fails with a takedown attempt. Murasaki cracks Drwal with an open hand slap. Murasaki darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Drwal gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Murasaki. Drwal tries to score a power double leg takedown but Murasaki sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Drwal somewhat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hanzo Murasaki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Hanzo Murasaki's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Drwal doesn't succeed with the takedown and Murasaki counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A decent looking cross lands there for Murasaki. Drwal gets a takedown into half guard. Murasaki really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Drwal. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Drwal takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Drwal maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Murasaki could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Drwal has cracked it and Murasaki is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Drwal!
