Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leo Barros!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Barros's waist but Barros gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ramos off to one side.
Ramos shoots in for a double leg but Barros sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Ramos gets a takedown into half guard.
Ramos is trying to control. Barros wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Barros is defending against the submission attempts here by Ramos.

Barros feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

I would just about give that final round to Leo Barros.
Well Ramos has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A less than humble Mark Ramos misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
