Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake DuLoc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Turk is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DuLoc misses with a body kick.
Turk throws a chopping leg kick but DuLoc manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
DuLoc tries to clinch but Turk moves away
and Turk counters with a two punch combo.
DuLoc just misses with a punch to the body.
Turk throws a right and a left that DuLoc avoids nicely.
DuLoc getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Turk throws a head kick that misses.

DuLoc gets in close and instigates a clinch.
DuLoc misses with a punch to the body.

DuLoc lands an elbow inside that Turk shrugs off.
DuLoc lands a shot to the body.
Turk drops to a knee looking for a takedown but DuLoc gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Turk tries for a takedown but DuLoc manages to get underhooks.
DuLoc is pressed up against the cage. Turk has hold of a leg and is looking to drag DuLoc down to the mat. DuLoc avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Jake DuLoc has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Turk.

DuLoc rushes Turk and presses him up against the cage.

Turk jumps guard but DuLoc stands there with Turk around his waist. Turk gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Turk is trying to drag DuLoc to the mat but DuLoc just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
DuLoc lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Turk or not.
DuLoc struggles to land a body shot inside as Turk controls his hands.

DuLoc will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Turk up against the cage.
