Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Molestron ThreeThousand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Brisk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ralph Brisk told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Molestron ThreeThousand! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ralph Brisk! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brisk swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brisk pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces ThreeThousand back to the cage. Brisk follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Nice takedown defense from Brisk. No joy for ThreeThousand on that attempt. Brisk looks to throw the jab but ThreeThousand is out of range. Brisk rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but ThreeThousand moves out of range and avoids them all easily. No luck with that takedown attempt from ThreeThousand. ThreeThousand shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than ThreeThousand was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Brisk wants to try and get back to his feet. Brisk tries to hold on but ThreeThousand postures up. ThreeThousand wants to control the pace but Brisk is squirming around nicely. ThreeThousand has control of Brisk's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Brisk regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brisk defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from ThreeThousand. Brisk working to try and regain half guard.
ThreeThousand goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Brisk turns into him and now he's in ThreeThousand's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. ThreeThousand looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Brisk wants to stand but ThreeThousand is controlling his posture from full guard. ThreeThousand looking for a guillotine here but Brisk defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Brisk has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of ThreeThousand is proving hard to escape from.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. ThreeThousand keeping moving, preventing Brisk from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. ThreeThousand throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
ThreeThousand had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Brisk defends it easily. Brisk trying to control but ThreeThousand is working from the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. ThreeThousand trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Molestron ThreeThousand dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
ThreeThousand checks a leg kick nicely. ThreeThousand fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Brisk swings for the body but ThreeThousand moves out of range.
Molestron ThreeThousand is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Horrible takedown by ThreeThousand or perhaps it was just good defense by Brisk which made him look bad. Brisk will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brisk scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Brisk uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. ThreeThousand moves out of range as Brisk throws a body kick.
ThreeThousand scores with a kick to the midsection. ThreeThousand gets a double leg takedown into Brisk's guard. ThreeThousand stands and throws Brisk's legs to the side, diving into side control.

ThreeThousand tries to score with some ground and pound. Brisk controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. ThreeThousand wants to control but Brisk is keeping him busy. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brisk can do anything to dispel that myth. Brisk is trying to get back to half guard. Brisk is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brisk is trying to control ThreeThousand's posture but ThreeThousand avoids it. ThreeThousand trying to control the position but Brisk is working away. You can see the frustration on Brisk's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. ThreeThousand tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. ThreeThousand throws a strike aimed at the side of Brisk's head but Brisk avoids it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brisk prevents ThreeThousand from moving into mount. ThreeThousand tries for a kimura but Brisk is defending well. ThreeThousand postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

ThreeThousand shoots for a takedown but Brisk saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Brisk throws a leg kick that misses. ThreeThousand will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Molestron ThreeThousand. That's going to take a lot out of him. Brisk throws a right and a left that ThreeThousand avoids nicely. Brisk misses with a wild combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Brisk misses with a hook. ThreeThousand ducked under it nicely. Brisk pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces ThreeThousand back to the cage. Brisk follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. ThreeThousand changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brisk tries to avoid it but ThreeThousand manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brisk to the ground. Brisk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. ThreeThousand fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Brisk throws a leg kick that is checked and ThreeThousand decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Brisk's guard. ThreeThousand postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brisk is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of ThreeThousand, into his guard. Brisk is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Brisk trying to stand up but can't free himself from ThreeThousand's guard. Ralph Brisk has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! ThreeThousand escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brisk gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Brisk is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Brisk postures up in ThreeThousand's guard and throws a big left but ThreeThousand blocks it. Molestron ThreeThousand overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. ThreeThousand can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Brisk controls the pace. ThreeThousand is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. ThreeThousand working for a triangle but Brisk defends it easily.
Brisk trying to control the position from guard on top but ThreeThousand is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Brisk lying in ThreeThousand's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. ThreeThousand decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Brisk taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
