Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri Kolesky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksander Shlemenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kolesky comes to the cage accompanied by PTP. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aleksander Shlemenko! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shlemenko keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Shlemenko throws a leg kick but Kolesky checks it. Kolesky tries for a takedown but Shlemenko sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Kolesky keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. The ref stands the fighters back up because Dimitri Kolesky just wasn't active enough. Kolesky fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shlemenko on the side of the head. Shlemenko throws a head kick that misses. Shlemenko looks gassed! Kolesky fails with a takedown attempt. Shlemenko fails with an attempt to clinch.

That could mean trouble for Shlemenko!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kolesky looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Kolesky working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kolesky is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent. Shlemenko tries to reverse the position but Kolesky maintains control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Shlemenko is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Kolesky wants to finish this one by submission but Shlemenko is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kolesky. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
