Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hatchet Crawford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Petit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hatchet Crawford!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ralph Petit!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Crawford's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Petit shoots in for a double leg but Crawford sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Petit keeps the fight on the outside.
Crawford wants to clinch.
Crawford dives in and grabs Petit's left leg, looking for a takedown. Petit pushes down on Crawford's head and hops out.
Crawford shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Petit defends it nicely.
Crawford throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Petit's waist but Petit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Crawford off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hatchet Crawford. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Crawford closes the distance but Petit moves to the side
and Petit rattles Crawford with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Crawford tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Petit dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Crawford stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ralph Petit!
