The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for McDermid, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
White tries for a takedown but McDermid sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
McDermid goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Ryan White has been cut.
White misses with a takedown attempt - McDermid sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
McDermid lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

White is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. McDermid just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! And now a right hook, right on the button! White has gone limp, and this one is over!
