Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gatto Pantilones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Handly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Handly is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: You Dropped a bomb on me. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Handly showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Pantilones.

and Pantilones counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Handly closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Handly thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Pantilones's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
