Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beast Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mao Zedong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rage kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I'm a Beast. Mao Zedong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zedong pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zedong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rage shoots in but Zedong avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Rage bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Zedong's head backwards.

Rage throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zedong takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Zedong is not content to let Rage control the position.

You can see the frustration on Zedong's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Zedong parries the strikes from Rage easily there. Rage is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Zedong to escape.

Zedong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

and Rage counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Zedong thinking.
